Our stay here was truly magical. The location can’t be beat, and the home was well laid out, spacious, and clean. We also appreciated adequate parking which can be hard to find in San Diego, and how responsive the host was. Highly recommend!

Terrific house - exactly what we needed and where we needed it. Nicely furnished, modern, comfortable beds, great hvac. Laundry was a perk, Internet worked great. The location was perfect for me to get to work and for us to explore and get to the L without Lou d subway sounds. Chris was great also. Highly recommend.

This stay was fantastic from start to finish. Check in instructions were great and we booked very last minute. Chris was communicative throughout. The property location is perfect only one house away from the boardwalk. Definitely would stay again

Fantastic stay for our short trip. The place was SUPER clean and had modern/new furnishings. It had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. Chris was proactive in communicating and everything about our stay was smooth, easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay in Wrigleyville! It was easy to get anywhere we needed to go as it 2 blocks from an L stop and half a block from a bus stop. The unit was very clean. The host was very responsive and helped out quickly with whatever we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again

We appreciated Chris being so communicative and how he gave helpful instructions. The place was really close to Target which was helpful and very walkable to the CTA. We were all happy with it and would stay here again!

Loved this house! We love Mission and try to get away to this area 1x a year. Always looking for a great place near the boardwalk. This house was so fun for our family, including 4 kiddos. Walkable to the main boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Quick jaunt to Belmont. Steps to the beach and so peaceful. Well stocked and everything you will need to cook and be comfortable. Even had a parking sport for our large vehicle. Had such a good time!

Awesome time staying at Chris’ place! Apartment was exactly as described with everything we could need. Plenty of supplies and very clean and relaxing. Amazing location even though we weren’t even in town for the Cubs but I’d definitely stay here for that in the future. Street parking was easy and we appreciated the parking passes for the neighborhood. Would stay again for sure.

The property is one step back from the waterfront. It has amazing views of the ocean, but has more privacy than those properties right on the water. The house is well-equipped for people wanting to make the most out of their stay with most anything you could think of needing for relaxing by the beach. The beds and rooms were comfortable, and the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. There was ample parking for multiple cars. The property was spotless when we arrived.

We had a great stay at Chris' place. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us and the location was perfect. Good restaurants within walking distance and right next to a target. Would definitely recommend for a group.
