Please note this is NOT a party house. NO additional guests on the property at any time. Please look at another property if you are considering hosting guests during your stay. Gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited. As a reminder from our house rules, quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. This is a STRICT policy. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your immediate eviction with no refund. We do not take this lightly. This is not a party house. No smoking in or anywhere around the property. No Pets our cleaners are highly allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog. No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or any other business use. Elevator key available upon request for individuals with mobility issues. Fireplace is not included with the rental.

SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed: Do not take glass of any kind to the beach No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall No smoking/vaping on the beach PROPERTY RULES: Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. NO loud noises or parties are allowed on the property!!! QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm TO 8am!!! Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. THE ELEVATOR IS NOT FOR USE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. PLEASE INQUIRE IN ADVANCE IF YOU REQUIRE ELEVATOR ASSISTANCE. ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT REQUIRED. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors! No smoking in the property. Alteration of dates must be made at least 2 weeks before check in date.
