Gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited. As a reminder from our house rules, quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. This is a STRICT policy. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your immediate eviction with no refund. We do not take this lightly. This is not a party house. No smoking in or anywhere around the property. No Pets our cleaners are highly allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal or comfort dog. No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or any other business use. Elevator key available upon request for individuals with mobility issues. Fireplace is not included with the rental.
