We had a great stay at Chris' place. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us and the location was perfect. Good restaurants within walking distance and right next to a target. Would definitely recommend for a group.

Great place! You could not beat the location. My favorite part was watching the sunset from the kitchen window every night while preparing a delicious dinner. We hope to be back next summer!

This home was clean, beautiful, well equipped, in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores coffee, etc. Quiet area. Ample parking. Views were awesome from three balconies. Rapid response from property management. A lovely home.

Had an absolutely perfect stay at Chris’s place. Very close to Wrigley Field and other popular spots. The beds were comfortable, the closets are big, the bathrooms are lovely, the A/C was magical! Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

This was our second time staying here. It was all great! We were able to have an earlier checkin time, which we appreciated. The condo is in a beautiful location and close to the pool.

We had a great stay for a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Parking was easy with the available windshield passes. The place was cool, clean, and quiet. There were fans provided for an extra breeze. Chris was a great host. We’d definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location; if you're going to anything near Wrigley or want to be near the Southport corridor, it's hard to beat. Ver easy to find and host was proactive in all communications. I never really needed to contact the host given the clear instructions, proactive communication, and the instructions in the apartment. The floors are a bit thin, so you can hear people above you but it was manageable. It is a younger neighborhood, so there may be some partying in the area. Great place, pictures are very accurate and perfect for a weekend in Lakeview.

I had a wonderful stay here with my kids. I have teenagers and littles, and everybody had plenty to do. The house was extremely accommodating and spacious, and its access to the beach is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

Chris proactively let us know the space was available early which worked great for us as we were able to drop off luggage and explore the area. The space was amazing - better than pictured and the description of the location was spot on. We can for a game at Wrigley field and it was perfect! My dad is older and can’t walk far - it was so close and convenient. Chris was ultra responsive the entire time - we had a great trip and will for sure be back!

Thank you so much for the stay! The place was well stocked and clean. The location was absolutely perfect because we attended Cubs games at Wrigley. The walk was short and easy. There were also plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores within walking distance.
